Welcome to Primrose Lake, a quaint town nestled in the remote peaks of the Rocky Mountains where everyone has something to hide.

The Primrose Lake Resort and Spa has finally opened, but it brings along a host of problems. Chief among them is the haughty proprietor, Persimmon Hollister, who turns Primrose Lake upside down along with a new cast of characters.

Meanwhile, Jessica Carlyle delves deeper into her family's mysterious history, desperately trying to solve the legacy of unexplained deaths before more lives are lost. As Jessica plays detective, Jenny finds herself caught up in a love affair. Now, she must decide whether to leave behind her past life and love or bid farewell to Primrose Lake forever.
